Ingredients
1 lbs Flank Steak
1/2 cup Fresh Lime Juice (about 4 limes)
1/4 cup Fresh Orange Juice (about 1 orange)
1/4 Soy Sauce
1/4 cup Olive Oil
4 Garlic Cloves, Finely Minced
1 Jalapeño, Finely Chopped (optional for a spicy kick)
1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro, Chopped
1 tsp Ground Cumin
1 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Smoked Paprika (for a rich, smoky flavor)
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Directions

Make the Marinade: Mix lime juice, orange juice, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, jalapeño, cilantro, cumin, chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Marinate the Steak: Put the steak in a resealable bag or dish and pour the marinade over it. Seal and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.

Grill the Steak: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill the steak for 5-7 minutes per side, or until desired doneness. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes, then slice against the grain.

Serve: Serve with tortillas, guacamole, and your favorite toppings.
